Usually it's worn rollers, a bent frame that's racked out of square, or a top guide that's no longer holding the door in. When the door can't ride straight, it jumps the track. We square up the frame, replace the rollers, and adjust it so it stays put.
Can you just replace the mesh, or do I need a whole new door?
